- Product support: include the ticker, strategy, browser, device, and what happened.
- Content correction: include the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source.
- Privacy request: send from the email associated with the account and state the requested action.
- Accessibility: describe the barrier, assistive technology, browser, and page.
- Security report: explain the issue privately and avoid including passwords or session tokens.
Contact-form example
A future contact form could collect name, reply email, category, subject, and message. It should include spam protection, strict size limits, server-side validation, a privacy notice, and a confirmation message. Do not publish a decorative form that silently discards submissions.
